Co-creating new products with consumers
An international oral care manufacturer saw an urgent need of innovating a series of new products with 'naturalness' as the core theme, in reaction to the aggressive launch of new initiatives by the local players and the general trend of the market.
On top of the typical exploratory study for gauging consumer needs, NuanceTree conducted several rounds of co-creation sessions to allow the target segments to work together with the client to brainstorm and develop the natural products that address their real desire. The joint efforts of the consumers, researchers, marketers, R&D and packaging design teams have determined the successful launch of the initiatives.
